Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: After placing your order, please allow up to 5 business day for your order to be processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your ordered item(s) and ship them as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email, sms or Facebook messenger. To find your tracking number, please click the link in your notification email. If you do not receive any updates on your order, please contact us at contact@techinum.com and we will investigate and assist you further.

Q: How long does shipping take? 

A: Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Our fulfillment warehouses are located around the world so shipping time does vary. For orders in the United Sates, Canada, New Zealand, Europe & Australia, shipping will typically take around 1-4 weeks. For international orders, for other parts of the world please allow up to 4-5 weeks.

Please note: Shipping to the USA, Canada, NZ, Aus & Europe can be completed as early as 1 week and average 2 weeks. However, it is best to expect up to 4 or 5 weeks due to factors we do not control such as weather and customs. We are dedicated to providing excellent support, so we will still make sure you receive your order as soon as possible. 

Q: Why does shipping take so long?

A: At Techinum, we curate products from around the world and sometimes offer much lower prices than our competitors due to our strong relationships with our suppliers who ship order directly to our customers. However, this means that shipping times can be longer, though we always do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

Q: I ordered two products, but I have only received one… what’s happening?

A: We offer various products to our customers which are not stored in the same fulfillment warehouses. So, your products will be shipped separately. Therefore, it is normal for your products to arrive on different days.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes, of course! All our products can be shipped worldwide so every customer can enjoy their shopping experience with us.

Q: Are my personal details secure on your website?

A: Definitely! We use SSL Security to ensure your personal details are encrypted. We do not store or share your credit card information and your details will only be used once upon making your order. Once the order is placed, your personal details are purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you desire and click ‘Buy It Now’. From here fill in your shipping and billing information and your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
